Concept and Approach

Eventually I envisioned a system where all dayanim could announce (after approval) whatever projects they were working on and invite comment, discussion and participation.
I would like the site to at least have a balance of 50%-50% between halacha and politics (right now it is 90% politics).
Rabbi Mantel says that the Sanhedrin and the Talmud are almost synonymous. We should make it so in the website. Need full intro to Oral Law, Talmudic tractates, etc.
The Sanhedrin Initiative must be clearly communicated to the general public, however this cannot be done unless the people involved have a well developed, professional proposal. Serious, scholarly attention must be paid to planning the transition of an ancient institution to a modern legislature. In short much homework must be done first, and the F.O.S. websites are a part of that effort.

[ ] Cavendish skin has problems with Hebrew
- Edit buttons do not appear in IE, only in Mozilla/Firefox
- Link icons are often not displayed
- Sidebar should be on right side
[ ] Simplify URLs, use hebrew, not %XX notation (I am dropping this in priority, it doesn't seem to have an easy fix due to HTTP page forwarding protocol)
